I love these coconut bars that I have found at the Vitamin Cottage - I think they are by a brand called Fruitfull. I wonder if they qualify as a breakfast food for this morning... hee hee

We take the kids to the local ice cream stand about once every couple of weeks in the summer. It's a special treat for all of us!

I dream of this every freezing cold winter day... Sitting on my porch at dusk after a tough day at work and leaning back and listening to the birds say goodnight to each other. And listening to the frogs and toads sing their songs. Of course a cold glass of wine makes it all so good!!!
