I was so blessed to have been given all the paper from Cosmo Cricket's new lines! Here is a very simple card I made using Cosmo Cricket's Jacks World!

*I stamped the inside of the card with the Baby Shower stamp... perfect for filling in all those shower details. I also turned the sketch to the left, making the curvy wave the top of my "window".

Shamrock Topiary
I used more sturdy, green felt and cut out MANY hearts with a heart punch. Then, I used green pins to put the hearts together into a shamrock and to make the topiary! tfl!

Rainbow purse.
got this purse from target dollar spot a while ago. lots of ribbon, some white felt, flocking, buttons. tfl!

it's been a super fab week at VBS!

woohoo! It's been such a fun filled week at the VBS here at first Baptist Jacksonville! wow! Our church really goes all out for our kids and they learn so much... So, for the few of you who have wondered where I've been... now you know!

Let's see if I can summarize the week:

pony rides, snow cones, petting zoo, games, songs, missions, Bible stories, crafts, snacks, face painting, new friends, laughter, bubble train... hmmm. so much more! our theme... know it speak it live it...

know... God is Real. Jesus is Gods Son. God loves us!
Alexander really soaked up a lot this week... he learned new songs, he talks about missions a lot now! sooo cool! he's been singing "Teach me what is right, oh, God, and I will do it!" and "I've got good news for you!" too sweet!

felt snowflake ornament

I made this using rusty pickle's chipboard ornaments. I traced and cut out a more sturdy, sparkly felt and sprayed the back, larger snowflake with glimmer mist. buttons from scrapmode. tfl!

Scribble Scrabble CHA sneak peeks!

The sneak peeks are out... you can see all four of the newest Scribble Scrabbles lines being released at CHA summer! This line is called Suzy Snowflake! Just love the yummy colors and the new chipboard looks fabulous! I can't wait to play with these products!

a Christmas Layout from a old witch

I just tucked Alexander in and while I was singing his goodnight song he reached up and put his little hands on my face.. so sweet... then, he says.. 'mommy, what are these little bump things on your nose?'. i say 'I don't know what they're called, I just have bumps that are on a few spots on my face' he says ' Are they because you're going to be an old witch?'!!!!

Wow. So much fun stuff this week! I am working on a layout today.. hope I can finish it during nap time, we'll see...
also we're gearing up at church for VBS next week! It's going to be absolutely fabulous.
