Alexander's Valentines

I've noticed over the past year that I've really turned this hobby into something I can use to help my kids.. or maybe it's really just another excuse for me to use to create! Either way, it keeps my mind going and my hands busy.

This week I've been working on Alexander's Valentines Day cards for his classmates at school. He helped a tiny bit with tying the candy on!

I used my Cricut Expression and the new Dinosoar Tracks cartridge to create the card- it's 3 and 1/4 inch, card, Trex. Then, I used my computer to print up the little greeting inside. I hand cut the little red hearts and adhered them to the inside of the card. When the card is closed it looks like the Dinosoar is holding the heart. I used jute twine to tie on the lollipops and added wiggly eyes for fun! Alexander likes them and I hope his class enjoys them too!

Here's a look at the Dinosoaur Tracks cart.

Thanks for looking, Charity
