Cricut Projects

So many new, fun cartridges coming out from ProvoCraft right now! It's so much fun to see the great ideas the design team comes up with on the Cricut Circle Blog. Happy Birthday Hubby!, Scripture memory awards and swimming!

Happy Birthday Brian!!! We love you! Planning on spending a fun day celebrating with Brian today!



Sunday night was the Scripture memory award ceremony at church for all Elementary school aged kids. Alexander memorized all his Bible verses for the year and received an award. It was really wonderful and we're very proud of him.



I joined the church choir recently. I sing first alto. Brian had the camera Sunday night and took a photo of me in the choir loft, lol!



Yesterday morning we went for a swim with our playgroup friends! We had fun hanging out with our buddies!

Summer WAM recital

Our church had a program this summer on Wednesday nights for Elementary aged kids that was called WAM- Worship, Arts and Music! Kids learned things like ballet, singing, prop making, drama, crafts, sign language and more!

Alexander chose the crafts this year! He made some cool things including these hats for the recital. Here are some pics from the event!

VBS celebration night!

Last Sunday night was our Vacation Bible Club celebration night at church! It was a chance for our Elementary aged and preschool children to sing, share testimonies during the service and to thank God for a wonderful week of learning. It was the first time Audrey has ever sung in big church with a choir before. Alexander got to sit in the choir loft and they sang several songs! Here are some pictures from the night:

Vacation Bible School at FBC!

No-one rocks Vacation Bible School like First Baptist! I'm talking about loving, Christ honoring men and women who are pouring their love, time, sweat and energy into these precious children this entire week! I love FBC- parents can feel good knowing that every single worker has gone thru a background check. It's just one of many ways FBC looks out for your kids!

This week the theme is The BIG APPLE- we've had: pony rides, bounce houses, games, fun snacks (including making mini pizzas), snow cones, tiny train rides, wall climbing, obstacle courses, missions time, fun music, and much more! And, of course, there's been Bible story time- so far we've learned that we can love each other, help each other, show God love and that Jesus is God's Son!
